There appears to be a massive gap between what ladies think their ideal body weight is as opposed to what the number is according to a md. When you look at your height & your build, the number of pounds that are healthy for you is probably a higher number than you are shooting for if you're dieting. However I tend to carry my weight in my stomach which leaves me searching for out how to get rid of belly fat especially. In point of fact I have lots of friends that focus specifically on getting rid of belly fat.
