IPhone Casual Game Arcade Solitaire TriTowers: Easy Game, Interesting To Play
Most solitaire fans should probably also know the TriTowers version of solitaire, next to the popular classic and spider solitaire versions. As the name states the gamer sees three towers of cards on the screen and a stack of cards below it. The basic principle of this solitaire variant is pretty easy: you pull a card from the big stack at the bottom of the screen for starters. Then you may select a higher or lower card from the towers to put on the big bunch. So if the current card on the bunch would be an eight, the next card you can choose from the towers must be a seven or a nine. The objective is to clear all three towers in the screen, taking as less time as you can.
When starting out a game of Arcade Solitaire TriTowers everything will run quite smoothly. When only the bottom row from the towers is turned open, you may select a high-low card from 28 in total. When clearing out the bottom row, the other closed card higher in the tower will flip open. The higher in the pyramid, the harder it will get to clear (statistically much less cards to play with). Yeah, you can try to count cards, but you never know what is remaining in the stack at the bottom? It is clear to state TriTowers comes with a great piece of luck involved, regardless of what strategy you use to play the game!
To really make it even a bit trickier, the developers have added a 60 second time limit per round in classic modus! The arcade mode does give you a bit longer with 99 seconds. When you end a round having 5 or more cards remaining in the stack, you do gain extra lives. Checking out the timepiece I found out is this gameplay does push you to keep on going. Before I knew it the clock moved on one hour in time! Advancing in rounds enables you to open new card decks and backgrounds in the game, so you won't have to glance at the same screen for a long time.
The iPhone casual game Arcade Solitaire TriTowers was released December 15th 2009 by Endloop Systems and costs around $0.99. If you think that's too expensive, you could always play an online TriTowers or online spider solitaire game.
