I merely felt so silly sitting there at home, undulating along with class on tape who were not even in the room with me, pretending that I was doing something that was not wholly preposterous. I just couldn't make it a part of my habit. I had at first planned to start off each and every day with the cardio video and a shower, but when I would rise out of bed in the morning, it was the final thing that I wished to do.
I've had 3 of four cardio videos since then and, to be straightforward with you, none of them have done the trick whatsoever. It basically isn't that enjoyable to do calisthenics alone in the front room, watching your aerobic video on the television.
